Deal Stages

Hi there,

I am struggling to create a report for a client with Sales Hub Enterprise, Marketing Hub Professional, and Service Hub Professional as their plan with Hubspot. The reason I'm reaching out is that I am creating a revenue report for them and there are different stages in which the forecast amount is to be displayed now as per the request the client wants to see is "Revenue MTD" which total/sum of two deal stages "Payment Link Sent + Closed Won". I want to understand how and which one should be done. Either I can create a property which refelect sum of these two deal stages and then pull it up in the deal stages forcecast amount report which I have build or should I create another deal stage which reflects the sum of these and should pull in the report. If i should create another stage then what should be the probability of the stage because it just to reflect a sum of two stages and no deal is supposed to move to this stage and then how can i set it up to be the sum of two stages?

This is what my deal stages amount report looks like for now and I want to add other rows to it which will reflect sum of other two stages.
