Hi @SBrewer2,

Meeting outcomes are a data point in the custom report builder: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-reports-with-the-custom-report-builder

Pick the data source 'Activities' when creating a new report, filter the report by activity type = meeting and you could, for example, visualize the meeting outcome on the y-axis, the activity date on the x-axis.

Best regards!

I'm seeing alot of posts about how to automatically create a meeting outcome, but I'm looking how to track external meeting outcomes... I have my custom fields set (Meeting: Attended, rescheduled, ghosted etc. etc.) but I can't find a way to track those stats.

My team is looking to see how many "no-shows", reschedule and attended meetings for our pipeline

So playing around with the custom fields, it seems like I'm close, but I'm trying to get this report to show the individual "Deal outcome: Complete, ghosted, rescheduled etc" not just if its tracked... along with the rep that its assigned to... It'd be nice to see which deal it is once I click into the number on the graph

@SBrewer2 if you want to see the associated deal, you would have to add deals as a data source to the report and include a column for the deal record ID, for example.
