I'm trying to run a report for email sent with a specific key phrase in the Email Body. Here are the filters for the custom Activity report details:

Activity Type: Email Sent to Contact

Email Body: contacts [key phase]

Activity Date: this week

The issue is that the email body filter is looking at ALL email body from the chain, not just the main email message sent in that instance.

HELP!

Hi @FruitfulRevenue,

If the email is threaded and contains all previous replies within the same email body, then, unfortunately, I don't think there's a way to work around that – in that sense, the filter behaves the same way a filter in Gmail or Outlook would. Such a search would also return emails where the keywords are included in previous replies or forwarded bits.

Best regards

The portion of the sales email we really need to track is from a table,
which can't be created in a snippet or template.

I was really hoping we could use email body to reference whenever this
table was used in an outbound email instance, based on key words used in
that table header.

It's sounding like this work around isn't the answer though.
