Rate between sales emails sent and meetings booked

Hello everyone!

I need to create an Hubspot report that shows the rate between sales emails sent and meetings booked, in the last 90 days, divided by sales rep.

Honestly, I'm a bit lost!

I'm working with Marketing & Sales hub pro - would appreciate some help!

Happy to help you get started on a report! HubSpot may even have an out-of-the-box report for this. Check out some pre-built reports in the Sales Analytics tool. Here are a few questions to help me steer this in the right direction:

How do you typically send Sales emails? Are these Sequences, 1:1 manual emails, or both?
Is your goal to see an exact rate comparison in a % or would you just like to see the general total of emails sent versus meetings booked?

No, HubSpot doesn't have any out-of-the-box report for this. This is a rather advanced report.

To reply to your questions:

1- Both Sequences and 1:1 emails

2- Exactly, i need to see the exact rate in a %

Hey @SM20! Thanks for clarifying. The rates may be tricky without the ability to use formula fields within datasets, requiring Operations Hub Enterprise. Let's see what some of our experts have to say!

Hi @SM20

this could be easily achieved with Enterprise licences with a customer Journey report.

But if you have Pro licences you will have to use a set of custom properties, calculated properties and workflows to get the information you need to build the report.

This can also be achieves as Kennedy mentions with operations Hub or with 3rd party tools like Zapier to do custom actions like this,
