How to build a very basic dashboard

Hi, I am new to Hubspot and still figuring out how to build basic dashboard views. I'd like to see the following inputs in a list format or a table. I don't want to use a chart to visually represent this information; I just need a really simple view that our sales team can check regularly.

All deals in the pipeline (not closed won or lost), sorted by stage (sales qualified to negotiate)
Date the deal was added to pipeline
Expected close date
Amount
Deal duration - how long has it been in pipeline

To create a basic dashboard in HubSpot, go to Reports, create a new custom dashboard, and add a Deal Report. Customize the report to include the deal stage, date added, expected close date, amount, and deal duration, filtering out closed won or lost deals. This will give you a simple list view for your sales team.

Hi @FGreiff,

You may consider using a basic view when you go to CRM > Deals, so you would not need to set up a dashboard/report.

This could be a way to set it up:

Here's more information about setting up a view.

HubSpot automatically calculates the date a deal enters a stage. So, if your deals always enter a certain stage you could display that property.

In addition, HubSpot automatically calculates time in a stage. You may need to use a calculated property for the total time in a pipeline.

Hey @FGreiff

Have you checked the Dashboard templates available in your library? This is always a great way to start building your dashboards and reports. Depending on your licences, you get to customize some of those stanard reports and adjust them for your needs.

If you want to see a lot information like the properties you mentioned I'd suggest using a Table design for your report.

To access to Dashboard template just click on create Dashboard and skroll down throughout the different options.
