Filter data based on other properties

I know this isn't currently possible but in custom reports I'd like to be able to filter data based on other properties. For example, I want a custom report based on activities and deals.

I want to know activities made by a user after they moved a deal to a certain deal stage. I have a custom property marking the date the deal moved to that stage, but no way to filter data based on activities after that date.

Lets make this possible
