Detailed Meeting Analytics

Hey everybody,

I´m looking for a way to get a deeper analytics for out meetinglinks e.g. for views, booked meetings and conversionrates.

In the meeting overview I can see every meeting with all data (since starting the meeting link) for view, booked meetings and conversionrates. Is there any possibility to get these metrics for a specific date range e.g. the last month or year?

I tried it with new meetings-filter-options (beta) in the custom reports, but it doesn´t work.

Hey @Stefanie90

Yes, you can filter meeting link metrics by a specific date range.

Here's how: Navigate to the Meetings Dashboard:

In your HubSpot account, go to Library > Meetings Scheduler.

Select the Date Range: On the dashboard, use the Date range dropdown menu to select your desired time frame, such as the last month or year.

Apply the Filter: The selected date range will filter the metrics, including Views, Meetings booked, and Conversion rate, to reflect data only from that specific period.

@Stefanie90 Also you can Analyze your meeting links with the custom report builder which is in BETA right now and limited to Professional and Enterprise accounts only : https://knowledge.hubspot.com/meetings-tool/analyze-meetings

Well, thats the way it should work, but there is no filter for the date range in die meetings dashboard. I can only filter by user and meeting-type.

As explained in this article

this feature is in the BETA version right now : https://knowledge.hubspot.com/meetings-tool/analyze-meetings

Views, Meetings booked, and Conversion rate data for existing meetings will only be tracked as of the release of this feature. Activity prior to that date will not be reflected on the meetings dashboard.
if you change the business unit associated with the meeting link, the analytics for the scheduling page will reset.
