Deal Progression (Stage, Name, ID, Value)

Hello dear community!

I sincerely hope that this question has not been asked before, as I didn't manage to find it.

I tried to manually export deal progression for integration into Celonis.
For the event log the format needs to be something like
Deal Stage, eventID (which could be the dealID concatened with deal stage, timestamp, amount, ...). When I try to export it though, it shows me further stages as columns. I want it to be a list though, do you have any ideas or further informations regarding celonis exports?

Hey Johannes, I haven't worked with Celonis myself, but I know HubSpot doesn't currently support exporting deals data in that specific format. Maybe someone else in the community has experience with this?

Hi,

You should be able to resolve this in Excel by transposing your exported data do the format you need.

Transpose (rotate) data from rows to columns or vice versa - Microsoft Support

Additionally, you are able to manually select the relevant properties in your view when exporting from HubSpot, so I would suggest to modify these accordingly prior to exporting.
