Activity Report

Hello,

I'm very new to hubspot and I'm trialing this currently for a small sales team with not a lot of companies (less than 50) and contacts (less than 100).

Most CRM and basic reporting systems I've used previously allow an option to list all activity by company/contact and email in an overnight report or even have available as a spot download to allow easy reading for the management teams. I don't see this option on hubspot. Have I missed it or is it unavailable?

How exactly do you want this to report to look? There are a number of out of the box activity reports in HubSpot including the activity feed timeline report or the team activity totals report

If you're looking for something different let me know and I'll make some suggestions.

Thanks for the prompt reponse. Basically what im looking for is a report in PDF that shows the actual activity in an easy to read format. Any meetings or calls will be recorded in short bullet points and any platform ive used in the past allow this report to be generaqted either overnight or adhoc with all details of the meeting/call, word for word. Hope that makes sense.

Hi @MClarke00 ,

I think a custom report should meet your needs.

Create a report using the custom report builder and select Contacts (or Companies, depending if you want to see Activities at a Contact or Company level) and Activities as your data sources.

Select a table format in the chart configuration settings.

Then add whatever columns you want to include to your report, for example-

Add the filter 'Activity Date' is Yesterday.

Then save your report. To set up a recurring email that sends a PDF verion of your report, go to Reports in HubSpot and find the report that you have just created. Click the 'Actions' dropdown and 'Share this report'.

From here, you can set up a recurring email for your report, and include a PDF version as an attachment.
