Lead Funnel Report

Hi There, looking for some help. I'm using the inbuuilt lead funnel reports added by hubspot in the prospecting module. I did not customize it yet however in the lead conversion part I see that all the leads have 0 associated deals meanwhile this is not correct as some of the leads have deals. What could be wrong?

Are you referring to a custom funnel report as discussed in this article "Create custom funnel reports (BETA)", please?

Are the deals associated closed or open?

The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.

I would also recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.

It's hard to tell exactly what report you're referring to so as @BérangèreL mentioned, it would be great if we could see some screenshots to help identify the issue. Additionally, understanding your end goal for the report could help in pinpointing the exact issue and if the report your using is the best solution.
