Hi everyone!

Is it possible to have a comprehensive timeline for specific deals? This would include details on how each deal started, how it concluded, and the duration of the entire process.

The best way to gather information how a deal started and how it concluded is via the activity timeline: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/filter-activities-on-a-record-timeline

If that's not what you mean, could you specify what exactly you're trying to see? Can you give an example?

For the duration of the process, HubSpot has a default deal field:

Days to close: the time between Create date and Close date. This can be used as a filter when building a custom single object report.

Thank you for you reply. What I am looking is to visualize (I think that might be possible creating a report or dashboard) the timeline of each deal, showcasing its movement through different stages such as Awareness, Opportunity, etc., up to the final stage, be it Close Won or Close Lost. Is that possible?

@TVaz the filterable activity timeline is the closest you would currently get in HubSpot. There is no feature in HubSpot that would take a more visual approch to the progress of an individual deal.

If you're interested in this for multiple deals, you can look at funnel reports or the sales report collections:
