I don't see the sankey diagramm under "Sales Analytics" / "Forecasts & Pipelines" / "Deal Funnel" an

When I first looked at the Deal Funnel report in Sales Analytics it showed a real nice sankey diagramme of the funnel. On the upper right corner you could choose to view it in the classic funnel view, which I selected and it changed the report to that. But now I cannot toggle back, so I cannot find the sankey report anymore... Anyone who experienced the same issue? Someone that can help getting it back?

Hi @ursblick

Try to change the report view by navigating back to the Deal Funnel report within Sales Analytics and locating a dropdown menu or toggle button in the upper right corner.

If that is not helping out, try resetting the report view by clicking the three vertical dots in the top right corner and selecting "Reset to Defaults."

Unfortunately, this doesn't work. The dropdown menu only shows export and save report. And there are no three vertical dots with the "Reset to Defaults". Any other ideas?

Regret for the inconvenience – am in an impression to the reports within HubSpot that allow for customization of the view allows to Reset to Defaults has been suggested here and it is not the actual case for this use case.

I will do a bit more research on this to see if there might be any other ways to achieve a similar visualization.

Just to confirm, when you're navigating to this page, this is not what you're seeing?

Can you share a screenshot of the user interface that is being displayed to you?

Has your subscription level changed since you last checked?

If not, this is likely a bug and most easily resolved by reaching out to HubSpot technical support – included in your subscription.

As you can see, I'm missing the toggle between the diagrammes! I had this when the sankey type was shown once I changed it to the Vertical Funnel it disappeared. And no, I did not change my subscription.
