Lifecycle stages are not updated in Dashboards

When creating a panel with Life Cycle data, it gives me the following information:

The information contrasts with the data obtained in the life cycle configuration. Why is this happening? Why is the data not updated automatically?

Hi @mandrade1990 the report you've created is a funnel report, if you don't allow a stage to be skipped, it will only show contacts who flow from the top stage to the bottom stage, without skipping any stage (including the first one).

You would have to update the report to allow a stage to be skipped to see the data you're looking for.

Hi @mandrade1990,

By default, funnel reports only show contacts who

were created within the specified date range (typically that is not all time – make sure to adjust it)
moved through all stages in that exact order

In the left sidebar of the workflow editor, play around with the all / any dropdown. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-custom-funnel-reports

All: report on contacts or deals that have ever moved through all the selected stages. If the first stage listed in the funnel is All created contacts it will only show contacts created in the selected timeframe. Or, if the first stage listed in the funnel is Opportunity, it will only show contacts that entered the Opportunity stage in the timeframe. Select this option if you want to include conversion rates between each stage.

Any: report on contacts or deals that have ever moved through any of the selected stages. The report will include all records that entered one of the selected stages in the specified date range, regardless of the record's create date.
