Segmenting Time of Day Leads Come in For Scheduling Purposes

Our leads are inbound from multiple sources and I am trying to figure out what times seem to have the most leads so I can nail down better scheduling.

Specifically, I want to know what days and hours of the day are busiest based on create date.

Hi @JSetzer,

In the Custom Report Builder, you can add a date property and specify that the report should visualize the hour of the day:

The only thing you now have to do is add filters to this report (tab Filters) to limit the displayed numbers to your inbound leads, e.g. original source.
