Setting dashboard to view only team data

Hi all,

I have created 2 dashboards, one for Sales Reps and another for Sales Manager.

How do i set it so that the Sales Rep can only see their teams data and not all Sales Reps.

Sales Managers have overview over all but sales reps should be limited to view only their teams activities and stats

Hi @SK_ACLI ,

You can do this by using dashboard filters.

On your dashboard select 'Quick filters' and click 'Teams'.

'Teams' will then appear as a filter at the top of the dashboard. When you select a Team to filter on it will only show records/activities related to that Team.

Hi there, thank you for your response, is there a way i can default it so that they can only have access and view the teams view?

Hey @SK_ACLI

if sales rep have team only permissions

even if they access to a shared dahsboard

they 'd only see what they can see (their team info).

If they have access to see everything,

you will need to setup filters as Louise is showing you.
