Report that shows contacts that have ordered the same product twice

Hi!

I'm trying to gain some insights in the behaviors of our customers. To that end, I want to build a report that shows me how many of our contacts order the same product twice or more.

We associate deals with our contacts, and those deals have line items that represent products ordered in store or online. Ideally I would just be able to see each contact that is associated with the same SKU twice or more

I've build a report that shows me the associates SKU's with each contact, but I can't find a way to filter out the ones that are a double hit.

Hi @EvaUR -

For this you need to create custom properties & workflows.

eg.-

Lets say you have 3 products

a (Product id -1)

b (Product id -2)

c (Product id -3)

So whenever someone buys product "a" use the trigger in workflow profuct id = 1, then increment the custom property "Total Buys - Product A" by one and make sure to turn on the re-enrollment!

Follow the same steps for other products!

Hi PAngra,

I'm afraid this approach won't work for us. We have over 20.000 active products and setting up a workflow like this would be a headache of a task haha. Also, this would only provide us insight in deals that are being closed from then onwards, but I'm looking for insights from the 8+ years worth of deals we already have.
