Reporting on impact of a sequence on pipeline efficiency

Hello!

I'm looking to create a report on the effect of a sequence on pipeline efficiency. The metrics I'm interested in are:

- How long deals currently stay at a specific stage of the pipeline and;

- Overall deal velocity (how quickly deals move across the pipeline).

I'm interested in a month on month analysis. So for example, I want to know how average time deals spend on a specific stage has changed from one month to the other.
