      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We use Office 365 and the error message says "Email address&amp;nbsp;is already connected as a shared inbox. This inbox must be removed before connecting as a personal inbox.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SHARED_INBOX_INVALID_DOWNGRADE"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I connected my personal inbox years ago during testing while we were integrating HubSpot, now i need to track my emails and use templates in sequences.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do i need to remove myself as a user and re-add myself or is there another way without losing all my current data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Shared inbox and personal inbox are two different things.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ideally you should never connect a personal inbox as a shared inbox in HubSpot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Inbox &amp;gt; Inboxes and remove your email account. Then connecting it as a personal email should work.&lt;/P&gt;
