    <description>&lt;P&gt;Everything meets the requirements. I did just delete everything and re download everything. And it started working, but now I can't change the settings to log or track emails under the "Add-in" settings. I do have the "Super Admin" label for the business account. But atleast it is working now but I have no idea what changed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the quick response!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When making an email with outlook 365, hubspot will track my email but not log it into the CRM. I have everything checked and this function was working Friday before I left work and I noticed it not working sometime Monday. Does anyone know anything about this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you sending emails from multiple accounts in your Outlook? If so, one reason could be that you're sending from an address that is not connected in HubSpot.&lt;/P&gt;
