On iPhone I can track calls and emails but not on Android.

I have a problem. My boss uses the Hubspot Marketing mobile app on his iPhone and he sends emails and makes calls to the contacts in the Hubsot CRM system and every action is recorded in the chronology of the prospect.

However, if I do the same in my app, on my samsung S7, I can call and send the mails but they are not recorded in the timeline. Is there any difference in this aspect between the iPhone app and the Android app or am I doing something wrong? Thank you very much for your help in this regard.

Can you confirm exactly which app (and which version) you are using on your Android phone?

Currently, we offer an all-in-one app for iOS, but for Android we currently have separate Marketing and Sales apps.

In the Marketing app, you can make calls but they will not appear on the timeline, but with the Sales app they should.

That being said, we will soon be releasing a brand new, all-in-one HubSpot app for Android that will replace the apps mentioned above and do everything that your Boss's iOS app does. Greetings. Thanks for answering. The version we have of the Marketing application is 2.10.5 (73). With it we can make calls and send emails, as you say, but it is not reflected in the timeline. I had already installed the SALES application, but it only reflected the emails sent with the Chrome extension. Attached screenshot. I already enrolled in the Beta program to be able to choose to be among the first to have an integral solution in Android. Thank you very much and a big greeting.

Hi! I have been using Hubspot Application on a few Android Devices (UMIDigi Z Pro, ASUS Zenfone 3 and Lenovo), but I cannot find the tracked emails tab. I only can open the tracked emails tab on the mobile application through the notification of someone opening my email(which is not quite often). How to find the tracked emails tab on mobile?
