Missing properties in Leads on mobile app

Hi,

I may be missing something but I cannot see any of the additional / custom properties within the leads module of the mobile app.

I can only see the title, pipeline, stage, owner and type. I can't see any of the other properties from my new lead form, for example where my staff have input values relating to the lead (for example the customer's requirements / notes about best time to call etc).

Is there a way to display other properties in the app Lead view?

For my staff out on the go, it's quite key that they can see the additional properties if the app is going to be useful - they won't have access to the desktop.

Hi @KarisCapital, You’re not missing anything — this is actually a limitation of the HubSpot mobile app at the moment.

I found a similar threads on the community:

It basically explains that currently the mobile app does not have the full set of features of the web app.

Here are a few things you can try:

Customize record layouts (Desktop first)

In HubSpot desktop, go to Settings > Objects > Leads > Record Customization.
Add your important custom properties (like notes, requirements, best time to call) to the About section.
Save - Once updated, these should sync to the mobile app’s record view under "About."

Use pinned properties
On desktop, you can pin properties in the left sidebar for leads. The pinned properties are prioritized for mobile too.

Workarounds for field visibility

Use notes or activities for call-related info (since activities are more mobile-friendly).
If your staff needs those fields at a glance, make sure they’re in the "About this lead" section — otherwise they’ll only be visible/editable when opening the property editor.

Thanks for taking the time to reply, Carolina.

Unfortunately none of the tips helped - I have made sure all my properties from the New Lead form are in the 'About' panel but this didn't make them visible within the Lead Information panel within the app.

The Deals module within the app is much better - It has all my custom properties within it. All Hubspot need to work on is bring up the Leads module to the same standard as the Deals module. Until then it's not much use really, except for initially logging a lead on the go.

This feature would be really helpful. Hubspot seems to have set a primary focus on digital b2b sales first but for in-person sales organizations who perform visits we need easy access to data for leads.

I need a sales person to be able to walk out of an in-person prospect and enter custom lead property information on their phone. They cannot do that in Leads like they can in any other Object. Currently, these sales people have to open companies and then edit information forced into that object where I have to make dozens of workflows to copy data into leads. All that just because Leads has no custom properties or cards visible.

This is critical and a must have for in-person mobile sales people that need to update required properties after visits! Right now they have to wait until they get home late and take out their work device. It's not productive. If we could have custom properties on the Lead page in mobile (like on desktop or with deals on mobile) then they could have this information entered before they even get back to their car!

I completely hear you. When your team is in the field, mobile compatibility is important. As @CarolinaDeMares noted, the Leads module on mobile hasn't reached the same level of customization on mobile just yet, but she has included some similar threads, along with a workaround. I understand this may not be the most ideal approach, but I hope this helps in the meantime.
