Hi everyone!

I'm facing a formatting issue when creating a call protocol (or any other element) with snippets. The format is messed up when onening the call protocol on the mobile app (e.g. no bullet points, no blank spaces etc.) . Is this a common issue?

Hi Eldar,

I just double-checked on my end and I can't reproduce any formatting issues.

Would you be able to provide some more details:

Are using iOS or Android?
Have you have downloaded the latest version of the app?
Has this only started happening recently?

Hello Jessica, thank you for your answer. I've tried it with both systems, iOS and Android. It's the same problem with both systems. I've downloaded the latest version. I've been using the app for a week and the problem has been there since the beginning. On the desktop side via the laptop, the formatting is correct with all paragraphs. As soon as I load the snippet onto the phone, it doesn't adopt any of the formatting. I have to work with spaces to get the spacing. I think Hubspot needs to program the note field differently.

Yes, We have the same problem when using snippets from any iphone or android device. There is NO spacing with any of our snippets and the formatting is NOT correct. It is correct when accessing snippets from a desktop however.

We have made multiple service requests with Hubspot and 2 different HS tech reps. say it is a "rich text formatting" problem that they can NOT do anything about. MAJOR PROBLEM for our team!! *Note: Our snippets were working fine from iphone and android devices back in September 2024 and before. Hubspot obviously changed something and now it DOES NOT WORK. HubSpot is a great tool but they NEED to address this issue or we will be leaving the HS platform.
