Accessing contact information whilst offline

Hi there, I have a few clients that need to access contact information when they are offline ie. cannot access via the internet.

This information is saved in a list, report and as a viewboard in Hubspot.

Is there a way that they can access info from the mobile app whilst offline?

If not, what alternatives / workarounds could be suggested?

Hey @SRobinson4 HubSpot is a cloud based platform so does require online access to gain access to the HubSpot servers (and your info).
There's no local (on your device) data saved for your record info so no way to access these offline out of the box.

The only way to access this information offline would be to download it to your device first. There's a great guide on everything you can export available here:

If you export the data you can store it wherever you like for offline access.

Alternatively if you have a developer you could also use HubSpot's apis to access the data and store it where you like for offline access that suits your needs:

It would advise consulting your legal and IT team on the privacy aspect of this, once you store your data offline/somewhere outside of HubSpot it opens that data up to potential security and privacy concerns as it becomes accessible to whoever can access thos files!

does HubSpot have any solution can set up the server in the office and syn with Hubspot. in case if the hubspot down. we can still operate in off line mode.

Hey @motoria yes you can pull information from HubSpot using their apis if you wish and store this information wherever you please.

However, since HubSpot itself is a cloud platform there is no offline version of HubSpot or local storage setup offered by them, you would need to setup your own offline storage system.
