Notification History on mobile

Hi everyone,

My client wants to get notifications history on his phone. As his sales reps have to go work out of office, they use HubSpot Mobile App more than on a laptop. What happen now is they can't see notification history on mobile app. It is a barrier for them. So, I created a notification dashboard for them. But it is not available on mobile 😭😭. Please help me to solve this problem. Any solution to get this right?

Hi @TMyatNoe, No need to worry. One solution is to create a mobile version of the notification dashboard. This could be done using a mobile-responsive design, which would allow the mobile app to display the dashboard in a way that is optimized for mobile devices.

Alternatively, you could create a dedicated mobile app for the notification dashboard, which could be downloaded and installed on the sales reps' mobile devices. This would allow them to access the notification dashboard without having to go through their laptops.

Additionally, You can use a platform such as React Native or Flutter to develop a mobile version of the dashboard. This will enable the sales reps to access the dashboard on their mobile devices and view the notification history.

Moreover, we can also integrate the dashboard with the mobile app to allow the sales reps to access the dashboard directly through the app. Let me know if more guidance is needed.

Hello. You can find your missed + dismissed notifications in the new mobile notifications centre. The mobile notifications centre is easily accessible from the navigation. Simply tap on the menu and select the notifications icon in the global toolbar. If you have received notifications in the last 24 hours, they will appear here
