Blacked out NOTES/CALLS/ETC on Companies and Contacts iPhone iOS

Why is the app blacking out and not being able to be used on these integral items? It is absolutely necessary to be able to use the "Add Note" "Create Task" "Log Activity" and especially, "Call". What's the point of paying for this app if these options are blacked out on every single contact and company?

I am using iPhone iOS and is absolutely being able to use the Add Note, Create Task, Log Activity on my app. Check these screenshots below. Try to reinstall the app.
