iOS App Questions

I'm new to Hubspot and the iOS app and I am struggling with a few things...

Sometimes I can't be at my computer but I have to attend to customers via Hubspot.

1. How do I pickup live chats via the app?

2. How do I make tickets via the app? If I am in a conversation on desktop, I can click 'Create a Ticket' but in the app there isn't an option for this?

3. Are there features on the desktop version of Hubspot not included in the app?

Most of these options seem available via Safari on iOS but the Hubspot website responds poorly, it's a lot of pinching and zooming to be able to use the tiny controls.

We are currently evaluating Hubspot and would appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

The iOS app offers only a selection of HubSpot features, as you can see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/mobile/hubspot-mobile-app-features Ticket management and ticket creation currently not a feature of the iOS app. The "full HubSpot experience" is only available through the web app.

Conversations can be access through the bottom navigation menu, tap More, then tap Conversations. You can find a full guide on conversations in the mobile app here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/mobile/use-conversations-in-the-hubspot-mobile-app

Why on absolute earth is hubspot iOS missing this basic and essential functionality when android has it??

When can we expect to see a comprehensive Service management app for iOS?

Hello,

@karstenkoehler you are right, no "button" to access the tickets from iOS App.

BUT, when I click on a ticket URL, send by a colleague, miracle, the ticket opens in the App.

-> So, why can't you add a simple button to the App, since it is able to manage displaying the tickets ??

I get your frustration! It’s frustrating when a feature is available on Android but missing on iOS. HubSpot’s mobile apps are still being updated, and sometimes iOS lags behind. As for a comprehensive Service Management, there’s no clear timeline, but they’re always working on improvements. It might be helpful to reach out to their support or check their roadmap for updates. Hopefully, iOS will catch up soon!

Hi @JSmith4394 Good news! This issue has been resolved. HubSpot has implemented ticket management functionality in the iOS app.

We left hubspot YEARS ago over this and other missing features.

There's enough ai shlop in the world. Best not add to it.
