&lt;P&gt;CALL31003ERR - This is due to a connection timeout which is likely caused by a loss of internet/connection by either party. This is a common issue and the resolution is testing internet connectivity.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We would want to ensure that the connection is within the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="external-link" href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/calling/what-are-the-technical-requirements-to-use-the-calling-tool" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener"&gt;technical requirements&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;for calling. You could also work with your IT team to ensure they are not blocking Twilio IPs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check if you are connected to a VPN, and if so, try to disconnected. Just ran into this error and it solved as soon as the VPN was disconnected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
