Sync HubSpot List to a Specific Constant Contact List

I am trying to figure out how to sync a hubsport list to a specific list in constant contact. I just realized that the contacts sync nicely from Hubspot to CC, but I cen't see any way to choose where they go. In fact, it seems like they exist in CC but are not on any list at all! How do I make sure the contacts that are syncing go to a list I select?

Hi @APalmiotto,

I believe HubSpot’s native sync with Constant Contact doesn’t let you pick a specific list—contacts just get added but aren’t assigned anywhere.

Fixes:

Use Outfunnel – It syncs HubSpot lists directly to Constant Contact lists.
Zapier – Set up a Zap to add new HubSpot contacts to a chosen list.
Manual Workaround – Tag contacts in HubSpot, sync them over, then filter in Constant Contact.

For automation, Outfunnel or Zapier is your best bet!

You’re right that HubSpot’s Constant Contact integration doesn’t give you control over which list the contacts land in they just appear in CC without being assigned anywhere.

The most straightforward fix is Zapier. You can set a trigger like “New contact added to HubSpot list X” > “Add/update that contact in Constant Contact list Y.”

This way, each HubSpot list has a direct mapping to a CC list you choose
