Automatically associate shopify orders with company or custom objects

Has anyone found a way to automatically associate an order with a company or custom object through the shopify integration?

We have a Shopify plus store but we are unable to map the Customer (Company) on the shopify side to the associated company on the HubSpot side. If we are able to pull orders over as deals again then we can use a third party app such as Associ8 but orders are very limited.

Also really need to associate orders with custom objects (locations). At this time, the orders object appear to be pretty useless and almost rushed into launch.

From what I understand you are currently using the Shopify Integration, right?
If so, have you seen the data sync flows? See below 👇

Apparently for the "Company" object it requires Shopify Plus. Is that the version you have?

As precised here: If you want to change these default mappings or create your own, custom field mappings are available with Operations Hub Starter and up.
Do you have Operations Hub?

I don't think you can sync custom objects with this integration.
It's not specified in the file, but you'd have to confirm with the integration provider.

Also, note that the integration isn't rated very highly (only 1.7/5), which means it's not optimal, and I think other people have had the same problems as you.

So we'd probably have to go for a custom sync. You can get in touch with companies like Unito, perhaps they offer this (in full custom).

Yes I believe you need to be a Shopify Plus subscriber for this to work, otherwise you will have to make the associations manually or through Ops Hub.
