MS Dynamics Custom Entities

My understanding is custom objects do not sync between Hubspot and Dynamics with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 data sync. What's the best path forward for syncing custom entities in MS Dynamics to Hubspot? Are there any third-party solutions or agencies that support this?

I understand that you are using the "Microsoft Dynamics 365" integration and you'd like to sync custom objects. Please let me know if that's not the case.

Hey @MRusso9 ! My understanding also is that the sync doesn't support custom objects, so this will require a custom integration. If you're not comfortable working with the APIs, we frequently work with both Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot and could help set up an integration for you. Our middleware (originally created for HubSpot) already connects to both systems, so this should be a relatively quick lift for the team. Please get in touch if it makes sense.

Hey there @MRusso9. I'll echo the suggestion from @BérangèreL on adding your request to the Ideas forum. If one exists, add your voice to that one before creating a new idea. Or work with a partner like @noahmckeon to create a custom solution.

I haven't used Zapier for this, but that's another potential "plug and play" option.
