I'm having issues with creating the coupons and incorporating them in an
automation.

I connected to the Unific app. Anything else that you can recommend?
WooCommerce is integrated via. MakeMeBetter.

Hi @Ktamir, if your main goal is more powerful coupon behavior inside WooCommerce (BOGO deals, auto-apply style promos, advanced usage restrictions/conditions, etc.), you may want to handle the coupon logic in WooCommerce and let HubSpot handle the segmentation + messaging.

You can checkout Smart Coupons for WooCommerce it extends WooCommerce’s default coupons so you can run more advanced offers (BOGO/Buy X Get Y, conditional restrictions, etc.).

A common approach is:

Build the coupon rules in WooCommerce (with Smart Coupons if you need advanced promos).
In HubSpot, enroll contacts into workflows (abandoned cart, VIP customers, first purchase, etc.).
Send the coupon (or coupon link) via HubSpot email + track results in HubSpot.
