Creating a MS Word document out of a deal

It would be great to be able to create a MS Word document f.e. as a quote or contract or else directly from a deal. It should be possible to use any connected object, such as company, contacts, tickets, custom object and even all standard and custom property.

An other cool feature would be to use even the labels and to have the possibility to organise different templates in different pipelines.

Wouldn't that be a great functionality, which would solve a lot of problems and save a lot of time?

Any idea out there?

Natively not possible with HubSpot but with third party tool you can achive this.

We have a document automation app for HubSpot called Portant. I made a short 60s video about our app here:

(At the moment) we use Google Docs and Slides as the document templates but you can export these to MS Word and PowerPoint and send them via Outlook

Hi all
We finally created a smart app named ChiliDocs, which is available in the HubSpot marketplace as of now. With ChiliDocs you create Word documents from deals with a click. All associated objects and all properties are available to use, even custom objects. With that smart app you create quotes, reports, presentations and much more with a click to Word, such easy!
