Mailchimp email activity doesn't show on hubspot

When an email is open, it reflect in mailchimp but doesn't show on the activity in hubspot, we are not using an A/B test, campaign is less than 30 days and we don't have an empty subject. Any idea why? Thanks

Hey @setia,

There is a setting in Marketing > Email Service Provider where you need make sure you have the "Show Mailchimp email activities on HubSpot contact records" on. Also under a contact, make sure you have your filters to show the Mailchimp integration:

Hey Chris. Some of our users are not seeing the filter tick box for Mailchimp in the filter options. Any idea why this might be? I am able to see it but some of our sales people can't.

Hi, we are not seeing this checkbox either. In Mailchimp the email says it was opened but in Hubspot it doesn't show any emails being sent at all.
