Sync inventory quantity number under line items

We have a prospect interested in using HubSpot for Sales, and before creating a quote, they need to check the product's availability.

We've added the relevant property in the Products object, and the developer will sync this information from their WMS.

The question is: Is it possible for them to see this property with the remaining quantity when creating a deal and adding line items?

Do you have any ideas on how the sales reps can access this information while creating deals (line items) or quotes?

Hi @CSiragaki ,

Yes, you can display this on your line items edit screen. Choose the data type "Single Line Text" when you create the property, even though its a number, and it will display like this when you add line items:

Thanks @trevordjones , this solves the problem when they start creating a quote, but is there a way to check the inventory quantity when opening a deal, in the Add line items section?

Hi @CSiragaki ,

I'm afraid I'm not currently aware of any way to customize what you see in that dropdown, or any way to add product fields or association cards to the Deal creation form. This may be a place where we are stuck.
