&lt;P&gt;After conducting our internal investigation, we identified an issue related to the "lockedByConnectionIds" error, indicating a problem with your other syncs. As a result, the syncing process has been locked until this issue is resolved.Additionally, further examination of the log revealed error messages linked to the absence of a specific feature called "leadAndOpportunityEnabled." It seems that enabling this feature is crucial for successful synchronization.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We suggest reviewing this feature in the Bullhorn account and seek assistance from Bullhorn Support to enable "leadAndOpportunityEnabled" for optimal performance.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Bullhorn Data Sync Problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently added the Bullhorn CRM integration. The company, contact and deal records sync successfully, but for Notes and Tasks, the icon just spins and says they're in the queue. It's been like this for a few weeks. I've even deleted the integration and added it again. I talked to Bullhorn support and they said I have the correct access. Does anyone know if there is a glitch with these two types of data syncing? Is there a workaround to get this operating correctly?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;1. Have you checked if there are any error messages or logs related to the Notes and Tasks syncing process?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Have you attempted any other troubleshooting methods apart from deleting and re-adding the integration?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3. Have you reached out to Bullhorn support again to report the ongoing problem with Notes and Tasks syncing?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'll be looking out for your response to investigate why this might be happening.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you know where I can find that type of logs? &lt;P&gt;To clarify, the Notes &amp;amp; Tasks are not syncing because it is stopped by failures in syncs for other objects.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As mentioned earlier:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When we see "lockedByConnectionIds", it means that we ran into an issue with your other syncs, thus we would lock the syncing process until that has been resolved. This would explain why the sync count for Notes &amp;amp; Tasks is stuck at 0.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The failure we have gotten is related to your other object, Companies. &amp;nbsp;Because we encountered an error with syncing Companies (due to the missing feature), we have locked the other syncs for Notes and Tasks.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Thus, it isn't that Notes API requires the "leadAndOpportunityEnabled" feature but more so the Companies object sync.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hope this clarifies!&lt;/P&gt;
