URGENT - MASS ENROLL LinkedIn Sales Navigator contacts into a Hubspot sequence

Hi, How do you do this please?

My Hubspot and Sales Navigator/LinkedIn are integrated.

How can you mass enroll lots of Sales Nav contacts at one in 1 or 2 clicks into a Hubspot sequence?

I'm having to do this 1 contact at a time in Sales Nav - click to view the contact in Hubspot, then add it to a sequence - it would be mega time consuming!

I'd like to mass enroll contacts directly from either a Sales Nav 'Saved search' or 'Leads list'.

Hi @FLopez59 ,

You can create a workflow to automatically enroll your contacts from Sales Navigator in the sequence. How are you adding the contacts from Sales Navigator to HubSpot? Is it via a tool like Hublead?

Firstly you should check the source properties on the contact to see which stores the information that a contact has originated from Sales Navigator (the name of the tool used to connect the 2). Check the following:

Record Detail
Record Detail 1
Original Source Drill-down 1

You then want to select the action 'Enroll in sequence', which you'll find under Communications.
