Are there any specific use cases of integrating HubSpot data & Softr.io that would come up more often? Maybe using Softr forms for lead capture or creating a member-only customer portal?

I'm also very interested in the Community Hub feature, it looks exciting! 😲 What type of engagement do your community spaces support? Discussion forums too, like our Community?

Yes!

There are a few core use cases for integrating HubSpot data & Softr, which are the following:

1. Custom portals, that would be member-only and with granular permissions and access levels, users can let external folks or clients access your CRM with high-level security.

2. Advanced lead capture forms are also one of the top use cases. With Softr, users can go beyond lead capture with forms designed to capture customer information from leads, employees, or other parties directly into HubSpot.

3. With Softr, you can also build simplified interfaces for teams that make CRM data management straightforward and efficient.

4. Additionally, we facilitate the integration of HubSpot with other internal workflows and data sources, providing a unified interface!

As for Community Forums, yes, Softr is perfect for community hubs and forums. To give you a better idea of what a Forum built with Softr would look like, here is a template: https://www.softr.io/templates/community-forum

The template includes functionality for community members to register, add content, and interact with others as well as tools for community admins and moderators to follow discussions, enforce community rules, and so on.

Hi - I'm wondering if anyone following this post knows if it's possible to sync HubSpot membership credentials with Softr login information? For example, an external user could use the same login information to access their information through a Softr portal AND HubSpot private content, like a knowledge base.
