jotform integration is not working properly

hi. i integrated a jotform integration for my free hubspot account. anyone filling out a form will get their contact info populated into a new contact in hubspot. few people already got populated via the form. but i only see their contact info on the ios hubspot app. i dont see them when i login to hubspot on a browser. can someone help? thank you

This actually is a very unusual issue. If you are seeing the contacts on the app then they should definitely be visible on the browser app too. Sometimes, the browser might not display the most recent data. Refresh your browser to ensure you have the latest updates. Also, confirm that the filters and views you have applied in the browser version of HubSpot are not excluding the new contacts inadvertently. Check the email address, create date, and any other properties that are crucial for display and filtering.
Also, cached data might sometimes cause display issues. Clear your browser cache and reload the page.

hey. thanks for replying. i tried reloading browser, closing and opening the webapp. logging out and back in, nothing

checked everything. deleted integration via browser account. reset everything. associated the integration again. assigned correct fields, email to email, phone to phone, etc. restarted the computer. submitted a test form. nothing. only shows up in contacts on the ios app. no where else
