hi all

i'd like to connect whatsapp to hubspot. we are on sales starter and marketing starter.

we have 3 hubspot users who would ideally use the same whatsapp personal number. and ideally whatsapp messages (sent and received) would be visible in hubspot feed.

is this possible without upgrading to hub / professional which is too expensive for us?

If you're referring to the official HubSpot integration, then no. It requires a Marketing or Service Hub Professional subscription: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/inbox/connect-whatsapp-to-the-conversations-inbox

There are other WhatsApp integrations in the marketplace, some of which don't require those subscriptions: https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/all-categories?eco_search=whatsapp

This is not possible in current Hubspot plan.
We know that the uprade is not pocket friendly at all, also given the case where you have 3 numbers, that is not even possible with the upgraded plan.

- Number has to be Business number
- Verfication process from Facebook
- The same number can't then be used personally, as it's linked with Hubspot for Automation

@karstenkoehler - do you know why this is not available to Sales Professional? Any idea when it will be unlocked for Sales Pro? We have clients that use this as a sales comm tool, not service, and they are on Sales Pro. Seems like a miss to not have that available to them. Any insight or future roadmap opportunities would be helpful!

I am also interested in this question. Whatsapp Business is as much a Sales tool as it is a Service and Marketing tool... I don't understand why this feature is not available to Sales Professional accounts.
