&lt;P&gt;Can you maybe share a screenshot of what you are doing and what you are seeing?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Normally, the integration shows a "send slack notification" option in the available workflow actions, as per below screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I can also see you have a professional subscription. I'd recommend making use of HubSpot Support - the team is available on chat, call back and via e-mail and can remotely access your portal to help you troubleshoot.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Slack intigration</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, I installed the Slack app and configured the inbox to sync with the Slack channel I created.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I created a workflow to send notifications about form submissions and other lead activities to the Slack channel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I only have the option to "Create Slack Channel" in the workflow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What am I doing wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd love to get on a call with someone to sort this out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
