Does anyone know how to pull in multiple objects when sending out a hellosign template from hubspot? We need to pull in multiple objects to fill out the template before sending it

Thanks for reaching out!

According to this article, you're able to autofill signature requests in Dropbox Sign with HubSpot Contact, Company and Deal record data. You are, however, only able to see the properties for the object you’re creating the template from. For example, if you’re creating a template from a Company object, you’ll only see properties related to that Company object.

Hi @airwolfke & @maxclark, I believe you're also using Hellosign / Dropbox Sign with HubSpot, could you share any insights here? Thank you!

I'm also using Dropbox sign. How do I find the properties that show up in my Activity feed from Dropbox sign so I can use them in a workflow. For example. Document was Viewed. All Signers Completed... as a Trigger to move a Deal forward for example.

You should be able to select the following activities as triggers:

It's recommended to select timeline events instead of Contact properties when you're configuring your workflow trigger. You can check this help article for more information & detailed instructions.
