zapier multiple checkboxes value of option set and unset

Hi Guys,

I would like to update one of the option in "multiple checkboxes" using zap. I want to unset value of one option then set value of another option. Please help how to do that, I am not able to see "multiple checkboxes" field option after finding contact using filter.
