Woocommerce cancelled subscriptions continue to show in lists

Forgive me here - as I am a Wordpress developer and am trying to help a cient running the WeMakeBetter plugin/integration plugin to HubSpot.

They have multiple subscription products and have created Lists for each SKU. However in their "deals" section, cancelled subscriptions (people who have cancelled) continue to show up. The end goal is to be able to tell at a glance who/how many is/are an active subscriber per SKU.

They have tied the two systems together through "Processing" stage in Woo - every passes through that stage when they purchase. But it does not represent current active subscribers.

We are willing to work with someone on a consulting basis to assist in making this work.

@himanshurauthan I got your email. Thank you so much. You mentioned contacting you through a link, yet there was no link attached to that message (other than the links back here)- so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. But thanks for maybe helping out on this!
