Having Aircall send an SMS using a workflow

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have a way for Aircall to send an SMS using a workflow?

As it is right now, Aircall doesn't seem to be a trigger or action in workflows.

Ideally, we'd like it to send a confirmation SMS to a contact individually when they complete a form that's hosted on HubSpot.

My next thought was to use Zapier, but I see that Aircall doesn't ingrate with it (!!!).

Any other ideas?

Hi there! At the moment, you can trigger workflows based on Aircall actions, but sadly not use Aircall in workflow actions. The integration creates the following contact properties, which you can use as triggers:

You can log SMS messages sent via Aircall by following the steps in this article: https://help.aircall.io/en/articles/4993433-logging-your-sms-in-hubspot

@JAxani No problem! I find the 'Last Aircall tags' trigger useful, for example in the example below if the call tag is 'Deal closed won' it can trigger a change in the deal stage and a marketing email to be sent.

Other examples might be to automate the creation of tasks and send internal email notifictions. I hope this helps!

We'd also like to use Aircall sms in a Hubspot workflow. We would like to set up an sms meeting reminder to reduce meeting no-shows. We have had feedback from busy prosoects (in retail/hospo industry) that often arent at their desk/emails so a text reminder for the meeting would be helpful.
