Stuck: Integrated NetSuite Sales Order Creation from HS Deal

I have trouble to go through the steps required to create a NetSuite Sales Order straight out of Hubspot. Specifially, the display perpetually loads the Custom Forms, so that I can not go to the next step. Does anyone know how to resolve the perpetual loading, so that I can actually select a form from the drop down field?

For more context, I have connected Hubspot & NetSuite and then followed the steps to "Create NetSuite sales orders using deal-based workflows". The Sales Order can then be created straight from a deal using this card:

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, may I get you to clear your cache and cookies, please? I've included a couple of step-by-step articles below from Google below for you.

Google | Incognito mode

I would recommend trying out those steps in addition to disabling any extensions in case an extension or an ad blocker is causing this endless loop behavior.

If the sales order is still stuck after trying out these steps, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and this matter could require deep troubleshooting within your account. The support team will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.

Hi, I'm the Product Manager for the NetSuite integration. I think this was a bug that we fixed on 4/18 (you may have been the one to write into support about it, so thanks for flagging that to the team!).

We added support for custom fields on NetSuite Sales Order which will be rolling out shortly, too. You may have gotten early access through the support ticket, but it'll be going live to all users soon, too!

We have lots of new updates coming down the pipeline. We'll be going into beta soon with updates to Sales Order pricing, attachments, and supporting more NetSuite Item types in Sales Orders.
