Hello,

We just suscribed into a program for whatsapp integration in hubsbot, called Niswey.

However, I'm not being able to log the whatsapps automatically... Im logging everything manually.

Could you help us, so that it can start showing everything (all the whatsapp messages) automatically?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

I'm not familiar with the WhatsApp integration by Niswey, but according to their documentation you should be able to receive and record all incoming messages automatically. I'd recommend reinstalling the integration first, but if that won't help, you can file a support ticket with Niswey here.
