Deals: Shopify integration

Hi, I integrated Shopify to Hubspot. Unfortunately, it doesn't show any deals even though there are deals on Shopify. The number below deals shows 0. How can I fix this?

Can you confirm you're using this integration?

I understand your Shopify orders are not syncing to HubSpot as deals - Can you confirm if this is not creating deals at all? This is occurring with all Shopify orders correct?

Could you also send screenshots of a specific Shopify order that does not sync to HubSpot?

Could you also send us a screenshot of your Shopify HubSpot connection by clicking on the Marketplace icon, then Manage, then Connected apps, then Shopify?

The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide the better we can assist!

Thanks for getting back.
Yes, I can confirm I'm using your linked integration. Shopify is installed and connected. Everything works except the deals. I attached two screenshots. One with an example of our orders in Shopify and one that says 0 below Deals in Hubspot. Yes, it occurs with all shopify orders. I also tried deinstallating the connection and nstallating it again. Unfortunately, the same problem still exists.

We can see the orders are syncing over to your HubSpot deals now.

Hi @kvonloesecke ,

thank you for the help and corrections.
I definitely can see the deals (11) now. However, when I look it up under Sales > Deals > Ecommerce Pipeline then tehre are only 2 entries even though it says under the shopify app integration > Deals > 11.
Do you know why the other 9 deals/entries don't show up?

Having the same issue. Not sure where the issue lies.
