&lt;P&gt;I am already logged in at this point.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Instead, redirects to Pandadoc in new tab.&amp;nbsp; Then have to open templates, manually link document to deal then use "import data from CRM" to populate.&amp;nbsp; Have logged out, restarted etc. but still not working.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/315674"&gt;@Lee2022&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Is there a change in Pandadoc that has broken the connection to HubSpot? If it were me, I might look into that, asking Pandadoc support if there's a change.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I was also thinking maybe I'd disconnect the integration and reconnect it, but I'm not sure how that would affect historical data. I know with HubSpot on its week of rest HubSpot Support may be a little slow to respond, but they are there and taking support tickets.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Dan.&amp;nbsp; I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting (with all the inconvenience that brings) but same issue.&amp;nbsp; The connection seems to be there but it's not connecting in the same way it used to.&amp;nbsp; I will try PandaDoc support as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the same issue. Disconnecting and reconnecting does nothing and unfortunately no help from Pandadoc support. This is completely blocking my team from adopting Pandadoc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi SWatson99 - solution as follows from Pandadoc support - the issue is blocking third-party cookies on both sites, which I had set as default on Firefox.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reply from Pandadoc support:&amp;nbsp; "It’s likely you have the “Block third-party cookies” setting enabled in your browser. Depending on which browser you’re using, follow one of these links to disable this setting:&lt;BR /&gt;• Firefox&lt;BR /&gt;• Chrome&lt;BR /&gt;• Microsoft Edge&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In Safari, go to Preferences &amp;gt; Privacy &amp;gt; Manage website data. Click Remove all, or select hubspot.com and pandadoc.com and click Remove.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Additionally, you may need to disable the "Prevent cross-site tracking" setting in Safari (it should be turned off)"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In firefox, it's as simple as clicking the shield icon in the address bar and then adding an exception for the site.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue. Pandadoc is open and I have logged in, but Hubspot doesn't recognize the log in. I have allowed cookies and unblocked both Hubspot and Pandadoc specifically. STILL no resolution. There must be something else going on. I feel like the "third party blocking" answer is textbook 101 and we need someone to look deeper.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
