Send email from Hubspot using Zapier

UPDATE: I was able to log the email in Hubspot using the Create Engagment Zap 🙂

So while the email is still being sent directly thru Office 365, I can log it in Hubspot which is what I wanted!

It would be nice to be able to send emails from Hubspot using Zapier.

Currently we send out automated response emails to our clients using Office 365 integration.

However, the downside is that it is not tracked in Hubspot correspondence.

I'd like to be able to send email responses from Hubspot instead so that the email outreach is tracked in the Contact notes.

In Zapier, when you send the email from Outlook, can you BCC HubSpot?

Assuming you can add a BCC you could add your address and it will be logged in HubSpot.

Alternately, if you have Marketing Pro, you could enroll the Contact ina Workflow to send a fully tracked, and logged, email from HubSpot.

Thanks Mike! This is a good workaround as well.

However I found out that I was able to add an email engagement using Zapier which records the subject, body & time from my message in HubSpot 😎

Lots of ways to accomplish this, the integrations are fantastic!

can you please explain how do you solve with zapier?

i tryed to add creat enagement action but in hubspot the fileds didn't fill.

also inserting the BCC of the hubspot account the email didn't log.
