WooCommerce <> Hubspot Contacts, Orders and Prodcut Sync

Hello,

I've installed and run the WooCommerce <> HubSport Sync Plugin and all work just fine BUT the fact that products synced between the 2 solutions are not visible from Deals or Quote which is very frustrating. Is there a specific parameter to change that or it is just the normal behaviour?

I'm not familiar with this 3rd party integration, have you reach out to their Support team about this? I'm wondering if our experts had a similar experience as you that might be able to guide you.

Usually you can sync your products and they'll be associated to your deals. Try taking a look at this plugin here.

Hello,

Usually the products from you Woocommerce should be sync and they'll be associated to your deals. However, juste to make sure, in order to have the Products feature in Hubspot, you should have at least the Sales Hub Pro.

As per your issue, I would like to inform you that the plugin syncs the "line items" with deals. In your case if it's not syncing, then might be your store isn't connected properly to HubSpot or sometimes this happens when there are too many products on your site. Thus, your deals start syncing before the syncing is completed for the products.

But not to worry, I request you to contact our support at ticket@makewebbetter.com so that our technical team can look into this and fix it by re-syncing your deals.

the synchro worked just fine it is just the fact that they cannot be used for Quote for some reasons
